A stunning new dress has joined the Maison Fauve wardrobe. The beautiful Rosalie is a little gem that will create a magnificent silhouette. Its plunging V-neck is designed to flatter the bust without revealing too much, its fitted silhouette is gentle without being overly tight, the hem is embellished with a slit that adds ease of movement and sways with every step, and its pretty sleeves come in two finishes: a wide tie or buttoned cuffs. And for even more sewing fun, the pattern also includes a bustier-style top, perfect for summer.

The boss Rosalie grade from 34 to 52. The finished garment measurement chart is available in the product photos. Emilie wears Rosalie in size 36, Isabelle in size 40, and Vanina in size 52.

Sewing level : advanced , the technical points are the bust pleats, the precision of the point under the neckline, the insertion of an invisible side zip and the creation of a slit.

• Fabric for a width of 140 cm:

Dress: 34-40: 230 cm, 42: 250 cm, 44-46: 270 cm, 48-52: 290 cm

Blouse: 34-44: 140 cm, 46-52: 170 cm

• 30 cm of fusible interfacing and 4 strips of fusible straight grain tape, 30 cm long

• Two 10-12 mm buttons for the buttoned sleeve finish

• An invisible 40cm zip for both the dress and blouse versions

Fabric choice : a light and supple fabric, such as viscose, cotton, linen or silk, poplin, crepe, satin, fabrics between 100 and 200 g/m². The pattern does not include a lining; if you sew Rosalie in a lace fabric, I recommend wearing a camisole/slip underneath, like our Blush pattern.
