Belle Épine is a charming bohemian top with a decidedly summery feel. Delicate and very feminine, it features radiating bust darts, a V-neckline at the front and back (the cut of which allows you to wear a bra), pretty tie-up straps, and a shaped and gathered ruffle. The pattern is fully lined, and the under-top is constructed with classic bust darts. An unlined version is also possible thanks to facing pieces for the neckline. A perfect companion for hot summer days, the pattern comes in several versions: with or without a ruffle, with or without lining, so you can adapt your design as you wish. Fabric choice

Lightweight fabrics (80 to 200 g/m2) with varying degrees of drape depending on the desired effect for the ruffles. Your fabric should press well with an iron and not stretch too much: a viscose, tencel, cotton, crepe, poplin, satin, or twill. Openwork fabrics such as lace are also suitable because the pattern includes a lining.
