The BALMORAL top is a feminine and easy-to-wear style that stands out with its shoulder-revealing cutout and front box pleat. The neckline is edged with a tone-on-tone bias binding included in the pattern, and it is wide enough to fit over the head.
Sewing level : intermediate . The Balmoral top includes the technical points of setting up the sleeves and the edges and attaching the bias tape to the neckline.
