For the dress: 220 cm of fabric

Fabric choice

Knitted fabric with elasticity, ribbed cotton or viscose jersey, cut-and-sew knit, a Milano stretch knit. Avoid knits that are too light, such as T-shirt knit. Knitted fabrics can be sewn either with a sewing machine or an overlocker. Choose a special jersey needle with a rounded tip that will not damage the fabric and makes sewing easier. Select the elastic stitch on your machine. On an overlocker, adjust the differential to ensure elasticity in the seam.
