With this hack, the Peninsula dress is now available as an elegant blouse , while retaining the feminine look and details that make the original pattern so charming. This hack is available in the Winter 2024 issue of L'Œil Fauve magazine.

The additional pattern pieces for the Peninsula dress hack into a blouse are the front and back bodice pieces provided in PDF format. It is ESSENTIAL to already own the Peninsule dress pattern to make your blouse.

Sewing level : INTERMEDIATE. The technical points are sewing bust darts, sewing a collar, and assembling a sleeve hem facing.

SEAM ALLOWANCES INCLUDED (1 CM).

The Peninsula pattern is available in sizes from 34 to 52.

The finished garment measurement charts for the dress and blouse are available in the product photos.

Supplies

Fabric for a width of 140 cm:

• Blouse with lavallière tie: sizes 34-42: 150cm 44-46: 160 cm, 48-52: 200 cm

• Blouse without a lavallière tie: sizes 34-42: 140 cm 44-46: 150cm, 48-52: 150cm
  

• 45 cm iron-on

Medium weight fabrics of 150 to 250 g/m2, such as twill, crepe, poplin, fine and supple jacquard, for materials favor viscose, tencel, cotton, linen or silk, comfortable materials that are easy to iron.
