Sew Me the Sun, the look book for the spring summer 2020 collection!

Previous Next Hello! I am very very happy to be able to reveal the first images of the shooting of the new Sew me the Sun collection (scroll the slide above) Obviously these are "home made" shots. I had to be imaginative to manage to transcribe all the sun, all the light that I want to communicate through these models, and I thank my husband Matthieu for the photos, and my sidekick Julie who added color to the lookbook and who takes us on a journey in a vibrant palette. The SEW ME THE SUN collection consists of 3 models: an Eclipse playsuit and dress duo, a Zenith blouse and dress duo, and a pretty Sunset jacket. All the models have multiple versions and it is a complete wardrobe that I wanted to offer you for this summer! Depending on the finishes chosen and the fabrics adopted, you will have clothes that will follow you from morning to night. The Eclipse playsuit is both super comfortable and worked, the Zenith blouse is great in a cotton worn with jeans, and for more formal moments the Zenith dress will not leave you indifferent with its sublime work of raised darts. The Sunset jacket will be the perfect little everyday jacket in denim or floral cotton, more sporty and casual with the ribbed finishes, but it transforms into a real evening jacket in a shimmering fabric and its sublime collar to turn up and the work of the buttoned sleeves. And this season I plan to offer you video sewing tutorials , so that sewing the patterns is even more accessible! These tutorials will be available at the launch of the collection on April 20 on the Maison Fauve Youtube channel as well as the presentation videos of the 3 patterns, to see the clothes worn :) You can find the lookbook in its entirety to download , with all the summary of the supplies and all the details on each pattern (versions, sewing level). And that's not all!!! I really wanted to play a little with you around the patterns of the new collection...so not only will you receive the pdf of the lookbook but also a surprise file called "my wardrobe SEW ME THE SUN" It contains pretty boards to complete for each variation of the patterns... To complete your inspiration board everything is possible: use scraps of fabric from your stock, cut a pattern that you like in a magazine, draw the pattern of your dreams, glue, pin, scribble, imagine the ideal outfit...
