Lemony allure to prepare for summer, an Atlas limoncello please!

Good morning!

Citrus fruits are clearly synonymous with sun, summer, and a joyful atmosphere for me. So when the haberdashery Cousette offered this beautiful print in its new Singulière collection , I fell for it.

I really wanted a printed Atlas blouse , so I guess I was served ;) The fabric is easy to sew so no big difficulty in working the pleats on the front of my blouse as well as its pretty cuffs (yes yes, this season will be pleated or it won't be at Maison Fauve hihihi).

This viscose crepe, nicely named Zest limoncello , is bright and goes wonderfully with my beautiful Belem pants . I chose to sew covered buttons so as not to "break" the pattern and I find this version deliciously pop for spring.

The fall of my pants is also very flexible, and ultra comfortable. The "blueberry" color is great, and goes perfectly with the yellow of my blouse. It is a tencel twill from the Meet Milk brand also ordered from Cousette (the color is not currently available but other wonders are online in colors all more desirable than the others, I put here the link to the tencels ).

It's an easy material to sew and so comfortable, I'm just in love with my new pants. And since the Belem pattern was designed and patterned for this type of fabric, there's no risk that it will crack with use. Whether it's the depth of the crotch, the size of the legs or the elasticated waist, using this type of fabric is possible or even recommended as it's a joy to wear them in summer.

A super elegant duo I think, and one that I will wear with pleasure for the lovely evenings out with friends that are promised to us very soon!
