To celebrate our 10th anniversary, Maison Fauve is in the spotlight in the back-to-school issue of Marie Claire Idées with an exclusive pattern: the Scala shirt .
Scala: the signature shirt by Maison Fauve
Inspired by the menswear wardrobe, Scala plays with the codes of Italian elegance and charm: a straight cut, wide graphic stitched pleats, a round pleat in the back, and a large structured collar. This beautiful sewing pattern is full of details while remaining a timeless piece, faithful to the Maison Fauve DNA.
The Scala pattern is available in sizes 34 to 52, with seam allowances included and several PDF format options (A4, A3, A0, US Letter, video projection).

As part of this wonderful collaboration, the Scala pattern is available in a limited edition in issue 170 of the September 2025 issue of Marie Claire Idées magazine, on newsstands from August 27.
For those who do not have the edition with the paper pattern included, the Scala PDF pattern is available for free on our site thanks to the promo code indicated in the magazine (valid from 08/20 to 10/31/2025) .
We also provide seamstresses with a very detailed and illustrated PDF assembly booklet , as well as a free step-by-step sewing video .

We explain all the steps and technical sewing points covered: from assembling the pleats to creating the button placket, as well as the sheath assembly of the back rise and the installation of the collar.
