Items must be:

• unused

• unwashed

• in their original packaging

Non-returnable Products

• downloaded PDF patterns

• gift cards

• customized products: all cut fabrics

How to make a return

Please contact us at service-client@maison-fauve.com, indicating your order number.

We will then provide you with return instructions.

Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part or a defective product.

Refund

The refund is made after receipt and validation of the return.
