Sewing tutorial: I'm sewing the simplified version of the Misfit perfecto jacket

You fell in love with the Misfit perfecto but are apprehensive about some technical aspects? Discover our new video! We explain how to adapt this little technical gem into an ultra-easy-to-sew perfecto, in the style of a small summer jacket:

• No more lining (but still beautiful finishes),
• No more zippered welt pockets and, of course, simplified sleeves.
  

In this video, we show you the French seam technique, how to attach bias tape, and how to assemble the Misfit pattern without a lining.

We also offer the simplified sleeve pattern in PDF format: no more zipper with a sleeve gusset, but still a perfect sleeve cut. The PDF add-on includes the fabric and lining sleeve pieces.
