Sewing a fly
Often, when you take the plunge and decide to sew your first pair of pants, you go for pants with an invisible zipper on the side (like the Loulou pattern , or Embrun ). But it's a shame to limit yourself to models without a fly.
I offer you a very detailed video tutorial on how to sew a trouser fly.
Here the pattern is that of the Hussard pants, with a "fly" pattern piece, and a "under bridge" in one piece as well. I explain everything to you, from the outline of the seam, when to overlock, the position of the zip, to the assembly of the different pieces... This method will be useful for you to understand these different steps, visualize them and thus reproduce the method by adapting it to any pattern with a fly.
