Arty Byzantium... Prints are out!

Hello hello!

How about a bit of color and a Pepsi print for the weekend?! Then you're in the right place, because I'm offering you a colorful version of your favorite pattern from the new Carnet de Voyage collection : the Byzance top .

The pattern has a remarkable feature, the V-necklines in front and back are highlighted by beautiful flat pleats. And if with very small prints the pleats disappear a little, this beautiful very large print brings relief to the pleats.

I sewed a beautiful viscose labeled Ecovero from the haberdashery Juni Design which is based in Germany (I put the link here to the product sheet of this nugget ). This fabric is very pleasant to wear, and opaque enough to also sew a dress. It will require a little attention to detail to succeed in its pleats, but the result is worth it ;)

Worn as a duo with my beautiful Belem in Cousette tencel twill, it's just amazing!

Juni Design is also a partner for Maison Fauve, because this lovely shop resells our sewing patterns. And if you want to win a Byzance pattern/Juni Art Print fabric set with your best seamstress friend, head over to our Instagram for a lovely competition ! It is open to all of Europe and the conditions can be found on our IG post.

Nice evening

Emily
