Discover our off-white ecru denim , a 100% cotton fabric with a tight twill weave, selected for its robustness, opacity and authentic style.

This professional-quality denim is non-stretch but has a slight flexibility in the bias. Thanks to its thick 320 g/m² weight , it gives hold and character to all your sewing: jackets, blazers, pants, shorts or structured skirts. Its generous width of 150 cm makes it easy to cut large pieces without waste.

Its natural, undyed ecru shade retains the raw appearance of cotton, providing an ideal base for understated creations or personalized finishes.

Non-transparent fabric : its dense weave allows you to wear your creations without the risk of transparency, provided you opt for plain, non-contrasting underwear.

This fabric is perfect for trousers and jeans: Ronsard , Hussard , Récif , shorts: Grand Bain , jackets/blousons: Pilar , Dandelion , Calypso , Metropolis , our blazers , structured skirts: Grenadine. Not recommended for patterns designed for flowing fabrics (e.g.: Brooklyn , Belem ).

Use our special jeans haberdashery and white thread for perfect finishes.
Pre-wash recommended to stabilize the fabric before cutting.

To keep your fabric white, follow these tips:

• Wash only with whites

• Turn clothes inside out before washing to limit friction

• Machine wash at 30°C maximum , gentle cycle

• Avoid full drums: prefer washing alone or with other white clothes

• Use a special white detergent (or add a spoonful of bicarbonate)

• No fabric softener (risk of yellowing)

• No tumble dryer : air dry in the shade , flat or on a hanger

• Iron at moderate temperature (150°C)
