Place a bias like piping

Piping is a piece of haberdashery that allows you to embellish your seams. But sometimes its thickness or stiffness can make it unsuitable for certain sewing projects, especially with very light fabrics.

Here's my tip to decorate your garment anyway: replace the piping with a bias strip. Plus, you don't need a special foot to put it on ;)
